Sutherlin School District #130 is now accepting applications for a Special Education Teacher. It will begin with the 2019-2020 school year. Contract is approximately 190-days; salary range is $40,829 to $63,070.

Qualifications
Applicant must hold or be qualified for an Oregon Teaching License with endorsement for special education at the secondary level. Candidates may also have to qualify for additional endorsements in core subject areas. Experience with students of varying handicapping conditions such as intellectual disabilities, autism and learning disabilities. Preference for those candidates who are knowledgeable about Response to Intervention,Positive Behavior Intervention Supports, and Secondary Transition.
